Fast Removals

I requested a full packing services for a small one bedroom flat with no white goods, wardrobes and some garden furniture.

I requested a start time of 8am, company arrived at just after 10am

Items from the kitchen, bathroom and living area were all packed in the same boxes

I had some fragile wrapping tape that I use for personally sending items in the post. The company used this along with my black bags without asking me

I was asked how many boxes were needed to moved, I estimated around 25-30. There provided around 10 and after they ran out of the started stuffed things inside of random household objects.
Only about 20% of the contents of the flat were in boxes the rest was just placed in the van

One hour into the move the main guy started moaning about the amount of stuff in the flat, he wanted to renegotiate the price for the move.
He also was constantly asked if he could throw away items from out flat, such as a suitcase and items from the kitchen and bathroom

After the flat had been poorly packed onto the van, the main guy was moaning again about the garden items, saying that he couldn't fit them in the van, 30 mins later we were done and on our way

We arrived at our new flat and I decided to help remove items from the van and place in the new flat because I knew it would take hours to unload as the item were all over the place.

Overall I wouldn't recommend this company , yes the price was one of the cheapest but the service was shocking.
